This is how your goods are delivered

Normally we handle the delivery all the way (DDP and DAP)

If you do not have a special agreement with us, we take responsibility for

- packaging of your goods

- choose who will deliver the goods to you

- book the delivery with the freight company

- make delivery notes and any customs documents

- and if possible give you a track link so you can track the delivery.

Ackurat is responsible for the goods reaching the delivery address.

You get a fixed price for delivery directly at the time of ordering.

To a country within the EU, this freight term is called DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and outside the EU it is called DAP (Delivered at Place). The term is noted on your order confirmation.

Which company we choose to handle the delivery to you will be noted first on your delivery note under "Delivered by".

Some customers have special agreements on DDP and DAP that may deviate from the text above.

We never handle imports or customs for customers outside the EU

If you are a customer in a country outside the EU, you are always responsible for the imports you make into your country.

With your package, we send the information that freight companies state that they need for delivery to your country.

We email you when there are goods on the way to you and then also send copies to you of any certificates.

If you want a carrier to help you with customs handling, you must agree with the freight company yourself. Only you / your company may give such a power of attorney.

You can then agree with us so that we always use that particular freight company when we deliver to you. Contact our customer service.

If you as a customer want to be responsible for the delivery (EXW)

You must always agree with us first. Contact our customer service.

If you have a special agreement with us that you will handle the delivery yourself, we take on the responsibility to

- packaging of your goods

- make delivery notes and any customs documents

- notify you when the goods are ready to be picked up

You as a customer are responsible for that

- choose who will deliver the goods to you

- book the delivery with the freight company

- a consignment note (contract of carriage) is present when the packages are sent from us.

You as a customer are responsible for the goods reaching the delivery address.

This freight term is called EXW (Ex Works) and the term is noted on your order confirmation.

Some customers have special agreements on EXW that may deviate from the text above.
