Whistleblowing

We are particular about doing the right thing and to maintain our employees’, partners’ and the public’s confidence in us and our business. We therefore want to do everything we can to prevent the occurance of improprieties and detect any misconducts in our organisation as early as possible. In our whistleblowing service, you can submit a report on suspicion of serious misconduct. If you prefer, you may provide such a report to your manager in person instead.

To maintain an independent and autonomous handling of the reports, we use an external recipient function to manage our whistleblowing service. All submitted reports and messages are handled in a way that ensures confidentiality of your identity. Your report will be encrypted, and no IP addresses can be tracked.

What can you report?

Here are some examples of serious violations that you can report:

  • Bribery and corruption
  • Frauds
  • Conflicts of interests
  • Unfair competitive behaviour
  • Incorrect procurements
  • Unauthorized handling of insider information
  • Theft and embezzlement
  • Harassment
  • Human rights violations

Here’s how to report

Personal safety is important, and we want the person reporting to feel safe. To ensure anonymity, you need to think about two things:

  • Copy the URL and paste it into the address bar of your web browser.
  • Do not use the company's computer or network.
