This year we celebrate 80 years! Since 1946, Ackurat Industriplast has been developing plastic components that make a difference. With roots in Småland and eyes on the future, we continue to create clever solutions for customers across Europe.
From Bakelite to
modern solutions
Our journey began with Bakelite and curiosity in Lammhult in 1946. Since then, we have grown into a leading player in injection moulding and plastic components. In the 1950s, we started supplying furniture feet to the booming furniture industry, and today we also create solutions for the construction sector and industrial design. Our philosophy is simple: creativity, quality, functionality, and sustainability.
Growth and international presence
In 1987, we became part of XANO Industri AB, which gave us the strength to grow. In addition to our factory in Lammhult, we now have a factory in Poland and a sales office in Finland. With over 10,000 items in our range and around 4,000 customers across Europe, we offer standard components and custom solutions.
Production and sustainability
Manufacturing takes place mainly in our Lammhult factory, complemented by capacity in Poland. Efficient methods are a given – such as our vibration welding of felt on furniture feet, a technique we were the first in the world to introduce in the furniture industry.
Ackurat and the future
With 50 employees, a turnover of SEK 105 million, and the launch of PIN CH®, we look ahead. Our goal? To keep developing smart plastic components for our customers in Europe – with the same Småland care as always.
