By using our Pinockio system you can produce and store your furnitures and wait with the work to assemble the furniture feet until delivery, when you or your customer have more information about the floor surface.
This is how it works
1. Produce your furnitures
Manufacture and store your furnitures. Equip the legs with Pinockio foot holders. It's the same holder for all types of glides. The Pinockio foot holder has a smooth robust convex surface and lacks sensitive protruding details, which makes it easy to handle the chair in the warehouse and during transport.
2. Store different Pinockio glide surfaces
Order and store different Pinockio glide surfaces in quantities accordingly to your experience.
3. Assemble at delivery
When the order comes in you can you quickly equip the furniturs with the right glide. Whether it is before they are sent or when the furniture is put in place. Just press in the glide or hit with a soft hammer.
